Responsibilities
- Architect and build core systems while driving key technical decisions across the stack.
- Own feature development end-to-end and ship capabilities quickly to customers.
- Integrate LLMs and ML models into production workflows using RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt execution, agentic systems, and fine-tuned models.
- Design systems that can scale significantly while balancing near-term practicality with long-term investment.
- Develop performant APIs and internal services with reliability, security, and a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and scaling production systems.
- Strong backend fundamentals in services, data models, and distributed systems, with deeper expertise in one or more technical areas.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines, including familiarity with AWS or GCP and Docker or Kubernetes.
- Depth in one or more of data engineering, distributed systems, AI/ML, or backend engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for rapid development and shipping.
