Responsibilities

Own the architecture and governance of Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI.
Define environment strategies, DLP policies, connector governance, agent lifecycle management, publishing standards, deployment controls, and access policies.
Integrate automation and AI capabilities with Microsoft Graph API, Azure services, ServiceNow, Workday, and enterprise platforms.
Monitor automation usage, agent adoption, AI consumption, performance, licensing impact, and capacity utilization.
Establish security, compliance, least-privilege access, data protection, auditability, and governed data-source practices.
Establish and lead a Power Platform and AI Center of Excellence, including intake and approval processes.
Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure automation and AI solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5–8+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or enterprise automation.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, or Power Virtual Agents.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange integration.
Experience with Entra ID, RBAC, app registrations, and service principals.
Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI APIs, model integration, and prompt design.
Experience integrating systems through Microsoft Graph API, secure authentication, OAuth, and managed identity.
Knowledge of DLP policies, environment strategy, lifecycle management, solution packaging, and promotion across environments.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Log Analytics, or Application Insights.
