Responsibilities
- Contribute to voice solutions from design through development, operations, and production monitoring.
- Build and operate reliable, scalable systems supporting voice connectivity and billions of calls per month.
- Develop distributed microservices and full-stack systems that orchestrate external network and downstream systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and other teams to iteratively deliver customer value.
- Use and review AI-generated code across the development lifecycle according to security, style, and compliance standards.
- Drive innovation within the Voice team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience designing web services and service-oriented architectures in a modern programming language such as Java, C#, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with AI.
- Understanding of IP networking and protocols, HTTP, and REST.
- Experience with test automation patterns and frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational database systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A four-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
