Responsibilities
- Contribute to software solutions from design through delivery while collaborating across teams to iteratively ship value.
- Own applications end-to-end, including development, operations, and production monitoring.
- Build and operate distributed microservices and full-stack systems for voice connectivity.
- Collaborate with product owners to develop solutions that enable reliable customer communications.
- Create automation that safely and resiliently orchestrates external systems and carrier infrastructure.
- Drive innovation within the Voice team and use AI to improve development and customer value.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience designing web services and service-oriented architectures in a modern programming language such as Java, C#, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with AI.
- Understanding of IP networking and protocols, HTTP, and REST.
- Experience with test automation patterns and frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational database systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing and building AI agents is preferred.
- Experience with AWS or another cloud platform is preferred.
- Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes is preferred.
