Responsibilities
- Identify and implement intelligent automation using generative AI, workflow orchestration platforms, and conventional software development.
- Develop and maintain user-facing internal applications with React and FastAPI on container-based infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain integrations between HubSpot, ServiceNow, and other operational platforms using n8n, Windmill, and Python scripts.
- Build and maintain workflows that move operational data into Snowflake for downstream use.
- Use Anthropic, OpenAI, and other LLM APIs to develop AI-powered solutions and use Claude Code as part of daily development.
- Write Python and JavaScript scripts for repetitive-task automation, API integration, and workflow extensions.
- Test solutions, gather user feedback, and refine implementations based on real-world usage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and support adoption.
- Document solutions, workflows, and best practices and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Handle sensitive information in compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience using Python and/or JavaScript in a production or project context.
- Experience with REST API integration and familiarity with workflow automation platforms.
- Experience with Snowflake and SQL.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools as part of a regular development workflow.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest or Vitest and writing tests alongside code.
- Exposure to containerization with Docker or cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals, API documentation, authentication patterns, JSON, webhooks, event-driven patterns, data security, and privacy best practices.
- Ability to diagnose issues using error messages and logs and to write readable, maintainable code.
- Familiarity with Git and the ability to document, debug, test, and incrementally review work.
