Base Salary
$105k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own AI solutions end-to-end, including problem definition, prompt design, production deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Build and manage GTM workflow automations to reduce manual work across various systems.
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to identify high-value problems and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain prompt management practices for reliable and auditable AI outputs.
- Work with Data Platform and Systems teams to identify tooling gaps and provide actionable requirements.
- Share reusable AI workflow patterns and tool findings with the broader team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or applied AI.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering.
- Strong judgment about when AI is the right tool and the ability to communicate this clearly.
- Ability to work directly with non-technical business stakeholders to define problems and drive adoption.
- Comfort working within existing platforms and contributing actionable requirements.
- A proactive builder's mindset with the ability to prioritize and design extendable solutions.
