Responsibilities
- Estimate effort and coordinate testing activities with Agile teams.
- Validate application functional flows against user stories using Gen AI.
- Analyze requirement ambiguities and prepare reports.
- Create and maintain functional and regression test scenarios, test cases, and traceability matrices.
- Review test scenarios with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Execute manual and automated functional and regression tests.
- Identify testing risks, perform defect root-cause analysis, and manage the defect lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably insurance.
- Experience with testing under Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for test management.
- Experience designing and executing functional and regression tests.
- Knowledge of test automation tools.
- Gen AI experience applied to testing is desirable.
- ISTQB or TMMi certification is desirable.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, risk identification, root-cause analysis, effective communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
