Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and project outcomes.
- Share knowledge, mentor team members, and coordinate with junior professionals.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions, manage integrations and data, and troubleshoot functional issues.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration options.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration techniques and data management.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
