Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, governance, and continuous improvement of the IFS Cloud platform.
Review and approve technical designs, customizations, extensions, documentation, code quality, and upgrade-safe implementation practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, consultants, solution architects, and external vendors.
Develop and oversee IFS customizations, Aurena pages, projections, custom pages, reports, document solutions, configurations, upgrades, and new functionality.
Plan, design, and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations between IFS Cloud and enterprise, CRM, maintenance, logistics, financial, and third-party systems.
Design and execute deployment and release strategies, overseeing environments, build processes, deployment pipelines, version control, and release governance.
Monitor platform performance, reliability, and stability and provide technical support during development, testing, and deployment.
Manage and govern user access, authorization levels, segregation-of-duties requirements, and security standards.
Partner with business stakeholders on requirements, process improvements, technical proposals, architecture decisions, and ERP roadmap initiatives.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience.
Extensive experience with IFS Applications and/or IFS Cloud.
Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, integrations, and ERP ecosystems.
Experience leading technical teams and guiding developers across complex initiatives.
Expertise in IFS customizations, extensions, reporting, and deployment processes.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps principles, and release management.
Strong business-process understanding, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Effective written and spoken English communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
Structured, proactive, solution-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
