Base Salary

$357k - $407k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, develop, and scale globally distributed Customer Engineering and Value Engineering teams.
  • Own global hiring strategy, onboarding frameworks, operating rhythms, career pathways, and standards for technical and commercial excellence.
  • Guide AI-focused technical discovery covering workload requirements, business drivers, ROI levers, sovereignty, regulation, and connectivity constraints.
  • Define and validate edge architectures involving Galleon, Atlas, GPU infrastructure, AI inference, real-time analytics, and ML pipelines.
  • Standardize technical and commercial qualification, proof-of-value, architecture review, ROI modeling, and value-articulation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and industry partners to align architectures with business outcomes and inform product roadmap and platform strategy.
  • Develop reusable AI edge reference architectures, ROI frameworks, value playbooks, and deployment patterns for GPU, hybrid edge-cloud, and satellite-connected environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
  • 7+ years leading Customer Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Value Engineering teams globally.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in pre-sales, AI infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in GPU infrastructure, the NVIDIA ecosystem, AI frameworks such as TensorRT and ONNX, and data center and edge architecture.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure including IaaS and PaaS.
  • Ability to architect end-to-end systems across modular data centers, networking, storage, and compute.
  • Strong ability to build ROI models, business cases, executive narratives, commercial positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders globally and work across international markets, enterprises, and governments.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including to remote and field environments.
  • Preferred experience in energy, defense, telecom, utilities, or industrial sectors; modular or mobile data centers; edge AI optimization; OT/IT convergence; and satellite or LEO connectivity such as Starlink and VSAT.
  • Relevant AI/ML, cloud, or data center certifications are preferred.
