Base Salary
$99k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, or analyze systems for wired or wireless signaling data using AI and machine-learning techniques.
- Create solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity with some guidance.
- Run performance testing and benchmarking of trained neural networks and optimize algorithm performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
- Review or guide the activities of more junior employees.
- Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization when needed.
- Travel for in-person engagements up to 25% of the time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ML software libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or ONNX.
- At least 3 years of software development experience using Python, C, or C++.
- Experience with RF theory or digital signal processing algorithms.
- Experience performance testing and benchmarking trained neural networks and optimizing algorithm performance.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with neural-network architectures, automated testing tools, Agile software development, software engineering, product management, and client requirement acquisition.
- A master's degree in a STEM field and an existing TS/SCI clearance with polygraph are preferred.
