Responsibilities
- Develop and manage workflows for work orders.
- Design and implement task management processes.
- Utilize scheduling tools for resource optimization.
- Oversee deployment and management of field service resources.
- Develop mobile solutions for field technicians.
- Streamline field service processes from dispatching to reporting.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow FSM applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow FSM with other systems and applications.
- Ensure accurate management of field service data.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow FSM applications.
Requirements
- 4.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow FSM solutions.
- Proficient in ServiceNow technologies including Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow FSM Implementor certification.
