Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered investigation workflows that integrate with internal tools, data sources, knowledge repositories, and agent-based systems.
- Implement human-in-the-loop review and feedback mechanisms while improving AI workflow reasoning quality, reliability, and performance.
- Design and build detection logic, risk signals, behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, and security intelligence systems.
- Build scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and data products for AI, investigation, automation, and risk assessment.
- Design and implement APIs, backend services, distributed systems, and frameworks for deploying, evaluating, and operating AI workflows.
- Monitor production systems, resolve reliability and quality issues, and contribute to architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience developing Python-based production backend systems.
- Experience developing machine learning, AI, large-scale data processing, or analytics platform systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience designing APIs and developing scalable services.
- Ability to independently drive projects from requirements definition through production deployment.
- Preferred: experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, fraud detection, trust and safety, identity security, security engineering, risk management, feature engineering, large-scale data processing, detection engineering, SIEM, SOAR, security analytics, production AI operations, authentication, account security, or behavioral analytics.
