Responsibilities
- Analyze system testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Execute system tests, document results, and investigate deviations or anomalies.
- Assess test results, prepare reports, and recommend system or process improvements.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts, tools, and the test automation framework.
- Propose and drive test automation within the verification team.
- Collaborate with software developers and systems engineers to identify and resolve issues.
- Mentor junior test engineers on testing tools, scripts, and best practices.
- Communicate testing progress, escalate critical issues, and support stakeholder decision-making.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science Engineering; vocational education in Information Technology or equivalent is also accepted.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in system verification and automation.
- Good working experience with Python and C#.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated testing scripts and frameworks.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Exposure to using AI to improve test efficiency is preferred.
