Responsibilities

Provide staff-level technical configuration and programming as required.
Conduct process, data, and object modeling in various application and database environments.
Design, develop, and enhance databases while managing changes to existing applications.
Lead technical architecture analysis, design, development, and enhancement.
Maintain expertise in industry-leading contact center technologies.
Manage end-to-end system life cycle development for projects.
Develop costing proposals, perform risk analysis, and manage change control.
Conduct business analysis and design for major projects.
Prepare comprehensive cost/benefit analyses and business cases.
Supervise junior staff and subcontracted personnel during project life cycles.

BS/BA in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience required.
MBA preferred.
4+ years of professional experience beyond educational requirements.
Experience varies based on specialization in Professional Services.
Broad skills in technology and analysis with effective communication abilities.
Deep skills in business analysis and call center operations.
Experience in commanding large audiences as a trainer or speaker.
Technical expertise in software engineering, programming languages, and databases.
Analytical, inquisitive, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor.
