Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, reliable systems powering core product workflows.
- Ship high-quality code that balances speed and technical rigor.
- Proactively identify and resolve system reliability risks.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI to create intuitive clinician and patient experiences.
- Conduct thoughtful code reviews and provide technical mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of professional working experience in high-quality environments.
- Experience building production systems end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Fluency in TypeScript and/or Python; experience with LLM-powered apps preferred.
- Comfortable with traversing the software stack and adopting new technologies.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to work in-person in NYC 5 days a week.
