Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale full-stack applications.
- Own technical architecture and contribute to long-term engineering strategy.
- Drive engineering standards, design principles, quality processes, and continuous improvement.
- Design scalable, resilient, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design sessions.
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and other engineering teams.
- Improve platform performance, reliability, scalability, observability, and security.
- Drive CI/CD improvements, release automation, and developer productivity initiatives.
- Identify technical debt and define modernization strategies.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of professional software development experience with strong full-stack expertise.
- Extensive experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong hands-on experience developing backend services with Node.js.
- Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture, modern frontend design patterns, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services and serverless architectures.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, and API design.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud deployments.
- Understanding of application performance optimization, caching strategies, frontend performance tuning, software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design.
- Experience with Webpack, Vite, Babel, and package management.
- Understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading high-performing engineering teams.
