Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private-cloud and on-premises environments, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security requirements, and data-management practices.
- Experiment rapidly and with high quality to engage customers and deliver solutions exceeding expectations.
- Design and implement deployment strategies tailored to client needs and data-privacy and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Travel 20–40% to work onsite with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Experience deploying enterprise software in private-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Proven experience administering large-scale production Kubernetes clusters and expertise with Helm.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git for version control.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and virtualization, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and objectives.
- Fluency in French.
