Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Order Management System features for new and existing initiatives.
- Integrate backend services with frontend applications using the established technology stack.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and troubleshooting.
- Promote engineering best practices and high code quality within the team.
- Support platform modernization through refactoring and performance improvements.
- Mentor engineers and contribute directly to hands-on software development projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise Java development and frontend framework skills.
- Experience contributing to large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience mentoring engineers and supporting their technical growth.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred: exposure to financial trading applications such as OMS or EMS, and familiarity with multi-threaded, high-performance, or low-latency programming.
