Responsibilities
- Pair with teammates to write clean, iterative code using TDD, SOLID principles, object-oriented design, and pair programming.
- Use continuous delivery practices to improve software delivery speed.
- Collaborate in product-focused teams to build customer experiences and deliver meaningful client outcomes.
- Apply technology insights from the Technology Radar to solve client problems.
- Work on varied challenges across client industries with diverse teammates.
Requirements
- Less than one year of professional experience working as a developer.
- Understanding of software analysis, design, coding, and object-oriented concepts.
- Python is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively, learn and share knowledge, handle ambiguity, and approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
- Must be located in the Chicago metro area for the hybrid position.
- Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
