Responsibilities
- Scope, design, and drive end-to-end integration architectures between Salesforce clouds and external systems.
- Build robust integrations connecting Salesforce with third-party applications, including payment gateways and ERP systems.
- Connect Salesforce with Engineering infrastructure and enhance customer experience through support tool integrations.
- Develop and manage complex integrations using Salesforce APIs and enterprise middleware platforms.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical integration solutions.
- Monitor integration performance, optimize data throughput, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Create detailed technical documentation and establish integration best practices while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on enterprise-level Salesforce integrations.
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, including Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and familiarity with Salesforce objects.
- Proficiency in API integration, including building APIs and integrating with third-party APIs.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms for building internal tools or dashboards.
- Proficiency with enterprise integration tools and middleware platforms.
