Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality full-stack software components and services.
- Contribute to low-level system design, API design, and data modeling within the team’s domain.
- Implement secure, performant code using automated testing, code reviews, observability, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers to refine requirements and deliver incremental, shippable solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while improving service reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions and apply AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent related professional experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, specifically Java or Kotlin, and associated frameworks.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, debugging, and unit and integration testing.
- Experience contributing to service monitoring, alerting, deployment pipelines, and incident handling.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and React.
- Preferred: experience with LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, AI coding assistants, and automated testing tools.
- Preferred: experience working with agile project methodologies and distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and customer-focus skills.
