Responsibilities
- Own complex workstreams or major feature sets from detailed design through release, operation, and production support.
- Build AI-powered full-stack solutions across software, data, AI, integration, and user experience.
- Create reliable contracts across data, services, AI components, user journeys, and enterprise systems.
- Engineer safe model and agent behavior through access controls, approved tools, evaluation, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms.
- Own versioning, compatibility, deployment, rollback, recovery, diagnostics, and incident support.
- Review designs and code, mentor engineers, and identify technical, delivery, data, model, and operational risks early.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on full-stack engineering experience across software, data, AI, integration, testing, and operations.
- Advanced design capability across APIs, events, data flows, service boundaries, identity, durable state, audit, and recovery.
- Deep AI service engineering experience with ML, LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, tool controls, monitoring, and fallback.
- Secure delivery expertise spanning automated testing, CI/CD, observability, resilience, and production support.
- Practical governance-by-design experience involving traceability, evidence, privacy, human approval, and control-aware delivery.
- Clear technical communication, constructive challenge, mentoring, design review, and code review capabilities.
