Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices for document ingestion and platform integrations.
- Maintain and enhance RAG pipelines connecting enterprise knowledge sources with LLMs.
- Prototype and experiment with AI techniques.
- Build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using serverless compute, event queues, managed containers, and NoSQL or relational storage.
- Optimize code and system architecture for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering experience building RESTful APIs and production-grade software.
- Strong foundation in at least one modern backend programming language such as C#, Python, Java, Go, or Node.js, with willingness to learn new technologies.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, event-driven designs, and microservices.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL and NoSQL or key-value stores such as DynamoDB or Redis.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with or interest in AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, solve problems analytically, resolve dependencies, and collaborate effectively.
