Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, customise, and implement reliable Avaloq banking solutions.
- Lead Avaloq solution design and delivery across the full application and service lifecycle.
- Review code, maintain coding standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and support quality control.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and the Avaloq product team on requirements and platform integration.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and support testing, training, deployment, and incident resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure solutions meet architectural, business, risk, compliance, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Approximately eight years of hands-on Avaloq Core Platform development, customisation, and implementation experience.
- Strong software development, application design, and systems integration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Avaloq modules, ICE, SQL Developer, Oracle, PL/SQL, and the Avaloq change lifecycle.
- Proven ability to analyse complex requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Strong code review expertise and experience leading quality control and coding standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, technical consultation, communication, and developer mentoring skills.
