Responsibilities
- Build and operate production-grade web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop component-based interfaces with React hooks and state management.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Implement accessible, responsive, performant, and fault-tolerant user interfaces.
- Develop and present AI-driven workflows or insights in frontend applications.
- Apply error handling, observability, performance optimization, and production engineering practices.
- Write and maintain frontend tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Use Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work autonomously and make sound engineering trade-offs in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Collaborate effectively with multicultural teams across different time zones.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with React hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, or an equivalent frontend state management library.
- Experience building and operating production-grade web applications.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with GenAI-powered applications and AI-driven workflows or insights in user interfaces.
- Experience using Copilot or Claude for code generation.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Understanding of frontend production engineering concepts including error handling, observability, performance optimization, and fault tolerance.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and autonomous decision-making skills.
