Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance HITL workstations for document review, evidence presentation, data correction, and submission workflows.
- Build claim workspaces, processor queues, escalation workflows, completed-work search, and timeline views.
- Develop supervisor workbench features for queue monitoring, workload balancing, manual reassignment, and SLA tracking.
- Create administrator interfaces for workflow configuration, routing rules, and operational controls.
- Implement real-time UI updates using SSE and WebSockets integrated with Kogito workflow events.
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, responsive design, localization readiness, and consistent UI standards.
- Integrate SSO and role-based user experiences using OIDC and SAML authentication frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in React/UI engineering.
- Strong track record building enterprise workflow, operations, and business process applications.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and RxJS.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and building accessible, responsive interfaces.
- Experience with real-time applications using SSE and WebSockets.
- Experience with OIDC, SAML, and role-based access control.
- Experience building enterprise forms, queue-based operations, workflow platforms, and operations dashboards.
- Healthcare operations and claims processing experience is preferred.
- Kogito workflow integration experience is preferred.
- Experience with real-time event-driven UI architectures, enterprise accessibility and compliance standards, and operational dashboards is preferred.
