Responsibilities
- Analyze, discuss, and document solution architecture and designs with leads and architects.
- Perform primarily backend development and secondary frontend development.
- Conduct unit and integration testing and assist test teams with performance and endurance testing.
- Collaborate with external vendor consultancy development and delivery teams.
- Write technical specifications and proactively propose analyzed technical solutions and improvements.
- Prepare technical deliveries and support implementation by integration teams using the bank’s processes and tools.
- Contribute to strategic projects and participate responsibly in Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years or more of experience in IT software development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of banking and finance IT industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Apache Tomcat.
- Knowledge of private banking, asset management, corporate banking, regulatory frameworks, or compliance projects is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, attention to detail, and adaptability skills.
