Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and maintain critical software components.
- Collaborate with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and software requirements documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and production issues with engineering and support teams.
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Take ownership of challenging technical tasks and contribute to architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1+ year in a similar role or relevant software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
- Proficiency in coding and debugging complex software components.
- Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Advanced degree, relevant certifications, or training is a plus.
