Base Salary
$125k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React or Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, scrum masters, stakeholders, and software development team members to deliver applications successfully.
- Ensure code and applications are maintainable, scalable, secure, compliant with accessibility standards, and testable.
- Complete projects on time and within budget while following software development best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and release notes.
- Contribute to collaboration, continuous improvement, and recommendations for emerging technologies and development tools.
- Apply UX and UI design principles and support event-driven architecture implementations.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a full-stack software developer.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services for managing scalable and secure applications.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and management.
- Experience implementing event-driven architecture; RabbitMQ experience is highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban development approaches and related project and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and commitment to producing high-quality software.
