Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, and engineering staff.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-time software delivery.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and maintain timely, professional customer communication.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience or skills with SharePoint Online.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write code, test software, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional technical teams and provide effective customer support.
