Responsibilities

Research and design state-of-the-art AI architectures for visual scene understanding and multi-agent reasoning.
Develop and integrate 2D deep neural networks, 3D vision algorithms, and agentic AI for AEC applications.
Build and use multimodal knowledge graphs to ground AI-agent reasoning in domain-specific, context-aware information.
Convert research models into production systems optimized for latency, cost, and customer value.
Lead feedback-loop research and implementation using production telemetry to improve model accuracy.
Lead machine learning projects and a team of ML engineers.

M.Tech or PhD in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier 1 university.
At least 5 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in computer vision and deep learning.
At least 2 years leading machine learning or deep learning projects.
At least 1 year leading a team of ML engineers.
Experience implementing agentic AI with RAG, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
Strong implementation experience developing new deep learning models in PyTorch.
Thorough understanding of software design.
Fluent and articulate English.
Natural language processing experience and prior experience in a fast-paced technology startup are preferred or advantageous.
