Base Salary
$126k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own member- and credit-union-facing features from idea through production while planning for rising traffic and data volume.
- Build across the TypeScript stack using React, React Router, Tailwind CSS, Hono, Drizzle/Postgres, and AWS infrastructure.
- Turn product needs into simple, reliable experiences and integrations.
- Monitor production, investigate issues, and improve shipped software.
- Partner with design, customers, and stakeholders on practical product decisions.
- Use AI coding agents, improve them, review their output, and help build AI-native product engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building, scaling, and running production software.
- Strong full-stack skills with depth in modern frontend development and typed backend systems.
- Experience building reliable products with React and relational data, including third-party and public API integrations such as OpenAI or Anthropic Claude.
- Current hands-on experience using AI coding tools and reviewing their output.
- Strong product judgment, clear written communication, and a bias toward simple solutions.
- Ability to own outcomes autonomously and involve others when appropriate.
