Responsibilities
- Lead validation for complex systems spanning multiple components and teams.
- Create robust automation and test utilities to improve signal quality.
- Utilize AI to create automated test cases and enhance testing processes.
- Own large feature areas or subsystems, coordinating quality activities.
- Define validation strategies for complex changes, including automation and performance considerations.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for quality risk assessments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.
- Identify gaps in coverage and influence improvements across teams.
- Design and maintain Python-based tools to reduce manual testing.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Some experience with software testing or quality engineering.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility to work with export-controlled technology.
- Practical experience applying AI tools in QA tasks.
