Senior QA Engineer

- Lead validation for complex systems and major deliveries across multiple components and teams.
- Define testing strategies covering functional, regression, performance, reliability, automation, and fidelity or correctness risks.
- Design, implement, and maintain Python-based test frameworks, utilities, and data-driven validation tools to reduce manual testing.
- Own quality activities for major feature areas and serve as the technical point of contact for quality risk, testability, and release readiness.
- Identify coverage and tooling gaps and drive scalable quality improvements across teams and releases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers and review test plans, test cases, and automation contributions.
- Use AI-assisted tools to create automated test cases and improve QA automation and daily workflows.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Some experience with software testing or quality engineering.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility to work with export-controlled technology.
- Practical experience applying AI tools in QA tasks.
- Bonus experience with 3D graphics or simulation software, Python, C++, automation scripting, CI systems, technical documentation, Jira, Perforce, or Git.
