Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs using C#/.NET and XRM SDK.
- Implement JavaScript/TypeScript client-side scripting and build PCF controls for advanced UI scenarios.
- Design Model-Driven and Canvas Apps and automate processes with Power Automate.
- Design Dataverse entities, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
- Develop REST API, OData, and Dataverse Web API integrations and support ETL-based data migration.
- Participate in code reviews and follow security, data governance, performance, and coding standards.
- Support ALM, solution layering, versioning, and Azure DevOps pipeline deployments.
- Collaborate with technical leads, functional consultants, and QA teams during agile delivery.
Requirements
- Egyptian national.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE development.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, XRM SDK, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Dataverse schema design, entity modeling, and security roles.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions and Logic Apps for integrations.
- Understanding of ALM and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Omnichannel, Field Service, or Marketing is preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Sales Functional Consultant certification (MB-230/MB-210) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Dynamics 365 CE performance tuning is preferred.
