Base Salary
$220k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply ML and LLM techniques for personalization and contextual recommendations.
- Build auto research harness for offline and online techniques, designing experiments and metrics.
- Own the entire model lifecycle from research to production, including A/B testing and iterative improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, data scientists, and designers for meaningful product enhancements.
- Stay updated on ML/AI innovations and incorporate emerging research into the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and shipping AI products for large-scale applications.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and experience with collaborative development.
- In-depth experience with the full AI lifecycle, including data analysis and evaluation.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
