Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support for complex cloud infrastructure, database, and network systems.
- Analyze monitoring data for patterns, outliers, and anomalies and take appropriate action.
- Partner with development teams to reduce issue detection and resolution times.
- Manage incident bridges with on-call support groups and executives during outages.
- Report on incidents using automation tools and ticket tracking systems.
- Research, proofread, and author technical documentation.
- Create and maintain AI agentic workflow context.
- Assist with automation and tool development to reduce operational toil.
- Participate in team meetings and projects independently and as assigned.
- Cover additional shifts, including days, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a continual, high-availability enterprise production environment.
- 4+ years managing and monitoring AWS technologies and services using tools such as New Relic or AWS Application Signals.
- 2+ years in an enterprise NOC or Command Center environment.
- 2+ years developing AI agentic workflows, with knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and AI SDLC best practices.
- 4+ years of scripting, automation, and software development experience with languages such as Python, Java, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Ability to use reports and data to improve operational results and apply logical thought processes to new technologies and procedures.
- Ability to document issues using defined processes.
- Understanding of TCP/IP LAN/WAN networking, troubleshooting techniques, and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of hardware- or software-based firewalls, load balancers, intrusion detection systems, and proxy servers.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL database technologies and query languages, including MSSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, and CouchDB.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Harness, Chef, or Puppet.
