Responsibilities
- Design and develop system software products and robust, scalable backend solutions.
- Optimize performance and memory usage while addressing virtualization, multithreading, and hardware–software interaction challenges.
- Identify system bottlenecks and perform in-depth debugging, triage, and issue resolution.
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and decisions for critical system challenges.
- Evaluate new technologies and plan their integration into the system architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design goals, system integration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of backend engineering experience.
- At least 10 years of expertise in C#.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM.
- Deep expertise in software systems design, development, and integration across diverse platforms and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, innovation, communication, and technical leadership skills.
