Frontend Web Developer (Milan)
Eight SleepResponsibilities
- Build responsive and accessible landing, campaign, partner, and influencer pages.
- Design, implement, launch, analyze, and communicate the results of A/B tests.
- Create scalable, templatized systems for efficient and consistent page launches.
- Maintain analytics, tracking, and advertising integrations while keeping event data accurate and privacy-compliant.
- Optimize conversion funnels, including promotions, email capture, calls to action, messaging, and page performance.
- Own SEO, metadata, sitemaps, structured data, accessibility, and page speed.
- Develop localized pages and experiments for supported regions and languages.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend web development.
- 5+ years of frontend web development experience, ideally in growth, marketing, or ecommerce environments.
- Ability to design sound experiments using hypotheses, sample size, and statistical significance concepts.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics, including funnels, cohorts, and event tracking, using Amplitude or a similar tool.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, web performance, accessibility, and data privacy or consent requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to QA and ship reliable work.
- Ability to use coding assistants and other AI tools effectively.
- Bonus: SEO/AEO and structured data, internationalization/localization, server-side conversion tracking such as CAPI or server-to-server, Tailwind CSS, design-system components, Figma-to-code workflows, headless CMS and media pipelines, or media-heavy site optimization.
