Responsibilities
- Implement UI/UX and frontend features using Node.js, JavaScript, Mendix Studio Pro, and Atlas UI.
- Manage backend microflows, REST/SOAP APIs, custom Java actions, and frontend integrations.
- Own large-scale Mendix applications, including architecture, lifecycle maintenance, application environments, and 99.9% uptime.
- Design scalable architectures, domain models, microservices, and reusable components on the Mendix platform.
- Define and enforce architectural, coding, code review, performance, security, scalability, TDD, BDD, and automated testing standards.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes and business requirements into responsive web and mobile interfaces and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, software architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Mentor team members on Mendix platform guidelines, certifications, software patterns, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience designing and managing Mendix application architectures, domain models, and platform environments.
- Experience with Mendix Studio Pro, Atlas UI, application lifecycle maintenance, frontend UI/UX implementation, and full-stack component development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and Java for custom Mendix actions and frontend integration.
- Active Mendix Developer certification at the Intermediate or Advanced level.
- Experience with backend development and custom API integration using REST and SOAP is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods including Scrum, XP, or SAFe is preferred.
- Experience implementing TDD/BDD practices across modern software frameworks is preferred.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment environments on AWS or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
