Responsibilities
- Champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to production.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software early.
- Design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices are followed.
- Continue to code alongside Developers, maintaining a technical role.
- Utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices for software deployment.
- Encourage feedback and foster an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and React is required.
- Experience with React Native and Java is preferred.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code and comfort with Object-Oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like XP, Scrum, or Kanban is necessary.
- Experience in full stack web development and test-driven development is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker is a bonus.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
