Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead technical authority and primary technical point of contact for strategic VTEX partners
- Advise partners on platform architecture, best practices, and scalability
- Oversee the technical health of partner projects and ensure alignment with performance standards and security protocols
- Conduct workshops and technical training for partner developers
- Act as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges in collaboration with Partner Management, Product, and CX teams
- Monitor commerce trends and help partners innovate and expand their service offerings
- Own the payment connector homologation process by assessing and prioritizing incoming requests
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and time-to-market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven knowledge and experience with the VTEX platform, especially Payment Provider Protocol and Marketplace integrations
- Proficient knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs
- Experience architecting complex, scalable, and high-performance integrations between commerce platforms and third-party systems
- Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency
- Spanish proficiency is considered a plus
- Strong communication and data-based argumentation skills
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn, adapt, and drive results
