Base Salary
$99k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Lead and contribute to Salesforce solution architecture and technical design.
- Review code and technical designs for quality, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Establish Salesforce development, architecture, and integration standards.
- Identify technical debt, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate the technical impact of Salesforce and connected-application upgrades and platform changes.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the project team.
- Support technical planning, troubleshooting, and long-term Salesforce platform strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Seven or more years of software development or related experience.
- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with progressively increasing technical responsibility.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, automation, security, and integrations.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, security, scalability, and governor limits.
- Experience with source control, CI/CD, Salesforce deployment practices, code reviews, and technical design evaluation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum SDLC methodology.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise ERP integration experience, experience mentoring Salesforce development teams, and relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
