Responsibilities
- Research and develop AI Agent systems and improve large-model applications on XR devices.
- Build foundational capabilities including multi-agent frameworks and agent evaluation mechanisms.
- Explore innovative agent technologies, propose advanced agent paradigms, and lead related technical development.
- Research agent-oriented evaluation methods and construct an agent evaluation system.
- Design and implement efficient toolkits for agent development to improve developer productivity and delivery quality.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of C++, Python, or Go, with project development experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of large language models and their technical principles and applications.
- Experience designing and implementing Agent systems.
- Practical experience with agent technologies including memory mechanisms, RAG, tool calling, planning, and execution.
- In-depth understanding of agent-related technical methods; reinforcement learning and planning algorithm experience is a plus.
- Ability to reproduce research papers and implement AI-native applications; top-conference publications or open-source contributions are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with XR/VR devices and related technologies is preferred.
- Demonstrated innovation skills and a proactive approach to exploring AI technologies and application scenarios are preferred.
