Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy production-ready full-stack applications using Java, .NET, and Python.
- Contribute to front-end development using React or Angular.
- Design scalable, cloud-native application architectures with senior architects.
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, GraphQL, Kafka, and message queues.
- Deploy and optimize applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Implement practical AI features using cloud-based AI services and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize application performance and security through code reviews, testing, and secure coding practices.
- Work with developers, product managers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into implementations.
- Provide hands-on technical support and mentorship while continuously improving engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least five years of Java full-stack development experience.
- Seven to twelve years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- At least two years of experience in a lead developer or junior architect role focused on application-heavy systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, and Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with integration patterns, REST APIs, message queues, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with cloud-native services such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, and GCP Cloud Run.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and enterprise security standards, including IAM and encryption.
- Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, LLMs, automation, and AI integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or similar certifications are preferred.
