Responsibilities
- Build interactive playable ads, prototypes, and lightweight game experiences for mobile user acquisition campaigns.
- Translate creative briefs, game mechanics, and visual concepts into responsive, production-ready playable experiences.
- Develop playable content using Unity, C#, HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, and relevant game frameworks.
- Integrate and optimize 2D and 3D assets, including characters, environments, UI, animation, VFX, lighting, materials, and cameras.
- Create onboarding flows, gameplay interactions, end cards, and calls to action that communicate game mechanics quickly.
- Iterate on creative concepts, gameplay variations, visual treatments, and performance improvements.
- Package and deliver playables for platforms and ad networks including AppLovin, Unity Ads, and Google.
- Optimize file size, loading time, memory usage, frame rate, draw calls, texture compression, and responsive layouts.
- Test and debug experiences across devices, screen sizes, orientations, and input methods.
- Collaborate with creative strategy, user acquisition, production, engineering, artists, and designers.
- Develop reusable templates, components, workflows, tools, documentation, technical standards, and best practices.
- Explore AI and automation for prototyping, asset preparation, iteration, and playable production.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building interactive experiences, game prototypes, playable ads, mobile games, or similar creative technology products.
- Strong hands-on experience with Unity and C#, or an equivalent game engine and programming environment.
- Strong artistic judgment and practical knowledge of visual composition, animation, color, timing, UI, and interaction design.
- Experience working directly with 2D and/or 3D game assets and integrating them into interactive experiences.
- Understanding of mobile performance constraints and asset optimization, including build size, load time, memory, FPS, and texture compression.
- Ability to take ownership from initial brief through implementation, optimization, QA, and final delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
- Portfolio of playable ads, interactive prototypes, games, or other relevant creative technology work.
- Experience with Cocos, Phaser, PixiJS, PlayCanvas, Godot, or similar technologies is valuable.
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, playable ad networks, 3D WebGL, creative tools, animation systems, responsive UI, reusable tools, Node.js, build automation, Git, testing workflows, or AI tools is advantageous.
