Responsibilities
- Own AI products and services throughout their full lifecycle.
- Build production-ready AI applications using LLMs and automation frameworks.
- Rapidly prototype to validate ideas with users and evolve them into scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Engineering teams to translate workflows into AI solutions.
- Drive technical decisions within the team's architecture and engineering standards.
- Participate in design reviews and shape technical decisions.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, observable, secure, and maintainable.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems.
- Strong hands-on engineering skills with experience shipping products end-to-end.
- Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs or automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud services.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Pragmatic mindset focused on solving real user problems.
- Passion for applying AI to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
