Responsibilities

  • Develop and operate live games using the Unity engine.
  • Design, implement, and evolve client-side monitoring, telemetry, observability, and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Turn ambiguous live-game issues into practical technical solutions and actionable signals.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including LiveOps, Community, and player-support teams where relevant.
  • Work with version control, build tools, and deployment pipelines.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

  • Professional experience developing and operating live games with Unity.
  • Excellent C# programming skills and strong software engineering practices.
  • Experience with client-side monitoring, telemetry, observability, or diagnostics for a live product.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and evaluating technical approaches against their goals.
  • Experience with version control, build tools, and deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code.
  • Bonus: experience with live mobile or PC games, LiveOps or player-support collaboration, automated testing, continuous integration, game design, user experience, or Unreal.
