Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical personnel and cross-functional teams to finalize requirements, design solutions, and ship features.
- Write and review specifications and implement AI/ML-driven software and systems.
- Develop, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot scalable ML pipelines, data workflows, and production systems.
- Build LLM-based and generative AI applications, including retrieval-augmented generation systems.
- Develop and integrate agent capabilities such as tool use, planning, reasoning, and memory.
- Integrate models and AI agents with existing systems and APIs.
- Automate MLOps workflows and build tools and infrastructure for model training and inference.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model and agent performance.
- Implement coding standards, development processes, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5–7 years of software or machine learning engineering experience.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM or generative AI solutions in production.
- Strong coding skills in Python or another programming language such as Go or Rust.
- Experience with complex data models, SQL, data modeling, ML algorithms, evaluation techniques, and large datasets.
- Experience with distributed computing systems such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of API integration and microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with NLP, including text preprocessing, topic modeling, classification, or sentiment analysis.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, ADK, or LlamaIndex, as well as RAG, vector databases, and embeddings.
- Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Spark, or Databricks is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ability to learn new technologies.
