Responsibilities
- Design and develop GenAI-powered engineering tools, assistants, multi-agent applications, and agentic workflows.
- Integrate AI tools with Jira, Confluence, Gerrit, Orbit, Axiom, source repositories, CI/CD toolchains, and internal platforms.
- Build scalable AI infrastructure, RAG pipelines, vector-database integrations, knowledge retrieval systems, backend services, and APIs.
- Maintain reliable AI platform components including model serving, prompt management, inference pipelines, observability, and security controls.
- Prototype, evaluate, optimize, and scale GenAI productivity solutions and multi-agent architectures.
- Build AI-driven dashboards and reporting tools that surface engineering insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, share AI best practices, and mentor teammates on GenAI platform development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI/ML systems, platform development, or related technical domains.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with C, C++, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration, GenAI application development, and AI platform architecture.
- Experience with Software Test or System Test, including development and automation of test plans or tools.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, MCP services, multi-agent systems, RAG, vector databases, Jira, Confluence, Git, automotive software, or embedded platforms.
- Strong ownership, execution, collaboration, communication, and practical problem-solving skills.
