Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and extend Copilot Studio solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build conversational AI flows, plugins, and integrations with backend systems.
- Design and implement solutions using Claude, OpenAI, and other LLM platforms.
- Create abstraction layers to support switching between AI providers.
- Develop applications and APIs that integrate with AI services.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Write clean, testable, and documented code and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Collaborate with product and stakeholder teams to deliver AI capabilities across the AP region.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Proven experience with Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms.
- Experience with, or strong willingness to work with, Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM tools.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API development.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with LangChain or similar agent frameworks is preferred.
